The clearance for a specific job is meant to confirm that the respective patient is not at risk based on documented medical history and symptoms to perform job specific duties. You have significant cardiac history and depending on the job description you may need an exam +/- further tests.

I assume you mean SVT. If there is no associated cardiac abnormality and your tachycardia is not associated serious structural heart abnormality, you may be able to get clearance.
