You'll need to establish a new relationship with a new physician to continue your therapy and get your medication, either locally or via virtual consultations. This forum is for general questions only, no prescriptions.

The office that refills your meds usually will be the first to call for refills or a possible change in provider. Find a local doctor willing to take you in as a new patient and have your records transferred. Your chronic meds contain controlled substances that no provider will be able to fill without access to your records and a general exam.
