Is having a bent penis while unerect normal? when i check my unerect penis the tip where the opening is is slightly angled to the left. when i pee without holding my penis the pee is shooting to the left. i don't feel pain or have any problems peeing?

It is difficult to diagnose why it is bent to the left without examining it. However if it does not bend on erection than there does not seem to be anything seriously wrong, specially if you can pee normally. It is best to see a Urologist for an accrate evaluation.
