Sounds like a challenging question. A gastroenterologist deal with disordered of digestion and eating. There is potential link between odors and what we eat, but whether or not a definitive diagnosis and curative treatment would be able to rendered is difficult to say based on the generality of your question. It is possible that you may have eaten something that is causing a smell.

A gastroenterologist would not be able to help, rather a primary care doc that can evaluate and treat with either medical strength deodorants/antiperspirants or meds if a medical cause becomes apparent.
