A member asked:

I have a lot of hair loss, dry mouth, oral thrush, a sinus infection from allergies, no fever, not thirtsy or hungry often and not needing to urinate often, what could this be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If (big IF) all related could be an underlying autoimmune disease like Lupus. Could also many separate issues coincidentally occurring at the same time. Need a Rheumatologist
