It's been 16 hours after getting a tooth pulled and my spit is yellow and the bottom of my cheek close to my chin hurts when i swallow or spit almost feels like my teeth are being pushed. is this normal?

You had surgery. Pain usually begins to ease off after 48-72 hours. The General Dentist or Oral Surgeon, the practitioner that knows your situation best, is responsible for your post-surgical care. Call him/her and report your symptoms.
