An ENT exam can exclude causes but think in reflux, muscles of the neck tension related to position or other neck issues, stress. Simple treatments can be of help. Best!!

First, see a GI doctor to see if there is an anatomical reason for this sensation. You may need imaging studies and perhaps even letting them look into your esophagus with a lighted camera. If there is no anatomical explanation, you could see a speech therapist for exercises to help relax the involved muscles. Hope you feel better real soon!!
