A member asked:

What does this std result mean test name: rpr, rfx qn rpr/ confirm tp results rpr- reactive (a) rpr, quant.1:1 (h) ref. range nonreactive less 1:1 treponema pallidum antibodies- nonreactive do i have syphilis? my dr didn't notify me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

You are unlikely to have syphilis with this report. The confirmatory test with TP already reported as non reactive and the 1:1 titer is so low that it suggests false reactivity for the RPR.
