Pulmonary rehab is an important part of the recovery process and in case you already had it, extending the differential diagnosis with your primary care doc may be needed in case your respiratory symptoms persist.

Dynamic ultrasound is useful in assessment e diaphragmatic movement. If you have no respiratory symptoms, please continue to follow up. Slow recovery is possible.

Have seen numerous cases of focal phrenic nerve paralysis, most of which have recovered, but often takes many months. Nerve regrowth here is slow, about 0.1mm daily but nonetheless possible. Sorry for your limitations, perhaps some counseling could help you adjust and compensate, but stay positive.
