Hemangioma: She may have a hemangioma(s) which are common non-cancerous dilatations of blood vessels in the superficial skin seen more frequently in females and males with an excessive amount of female hormones in their system. If injured, they will bleed and can be easily treated with simple burning of the tissue and new skin will heal in its place.
