My girl is turning 4 in aug. i gave her betanoid syrup 5ml 2 days 3 times daily, 5ml 2 days 2 times daily. she is very active and friendly, now she doesn't want to do anything or doesn't talk much. i'm so worried.is this normal after giving betanoid?

in S. Africa, this may have included betamethasone- but not sure. That can have side effects if given too much, as can antihistamines- could be very lethargic after too much of those. However, also very likely to have been an illness that you were trying to treat that caused the change in behavior- please see someone immediately. Hope she is fine now.
