How common is hydrops fetalis? i have no reason to believe that this will happen to one of my twins but i just read a story on it & it terrified me!! can this happen at any point in the pregnancy? im 22w everything has been great, whats the risk?

The cited prevalence is ~1/4000 births. The average pregnancy faces a ~4% risk of some unexpected outcome including random birth defects, infection, prematurity among others. If you have good ore-natal care, a good diet & activity you lessen your risks.
