My anxiety urged me to check my testicles which i haven't done before. after checking i noticed that my left testicle is smaller and located lower at the back while my right testicle is is bigger and located upper and at the front. is this normal?

Good for you. Important for poost pubertal males to check their testicles on a regular basis ro catch possible malignancy early when chances of removal and cure are about 98%.. Checking to feel for newly developed lump is what you are looking for. It is OK for testicles to differ in size and position as long as both testes are withinn scrotum & both testes are equally soft. No cause for anxiety.
