Urologist: For peace of mind have an examination by a urologist. An ultrasound of the testicle may be recommended.

Depends: If it is just a weird sensation, you may watch and wait. If you get pain and/or swelling, see a doctor immediately. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless, just in-case your symptoms are due to passing crystals in your urine.

Different tumors: Over 90% of testis tumors are germ cell tumors which are seminoma, non-seminoma or mixed depending on the type of malignant cell. Classic seminoma is the most common testis tumor in adults. Almost all testis tumors are initially treated by surgical removal (orchiectomy). Then, based on the type of tumor and stage (aggressive characteristics, spread to lymph nodes) determines next treatment.

Trying to conceive: You do not mention how long you have been trying. After 35 year of age if you have been trying to conceive for 4-6 months and have not succeded it is recommended that you seek professional help. Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant that helps to relieve the vaginal dryness but does not aid in fertility. Gynecologists recommend this as the other lubricants are not sperm friendly.

Inderal (propranolol): 20 mg. Is a low dose. Not sure how many times a day it is prescribed, but as long as you had no problems with your blood pressure, skipping one dose should be ok. Inform your doctor if any symptoms occur.
