I know that it's normal for one testis to be bigger than the other one but when i feel for my left testes, i can feel something in its side. i do not feel any pain, especially during ejaculation. should i be worried? is this testicular cancer?

Testes are normally equal in size. If you feel 'something' you should be checked by a Urologist just to make sure. From your description it does not seem like cancer.
