Definitely seeing her doc timely would be best. Based on description it sounds like she had some symptoms that might have worsened after getting the second shot. She will need to have an exam and likely tests in order to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. No remedies are likely to work until a proper diagnosis is formulated.
