If this is a recent symptom, appendicitis is a concern, especially if there's associated tenderness in the right lower abdomen. If your symptoms are more chronic, lactose or gluten intolerance come to mind. Consult your physician or a gastroenterologist for evaluation & advice. If you experience urinary frequency and burning a bladder infection is likely.
