Time 2C primary MD: Menstruated lately? If not, though the chances of being pregnant are extremely remote, you might want to check a home test anyhow. Sometimes one can have a tumor that produces HCG, although that's also very unlikely. More likely you are having thyroid dysfunction or possibly diabetes. Do you have a family history of that? In any event you need an exam and basic tests. Time for a thorough exam.
