I had covid, and my gp has said that i may have post-covid syndrome. i still start coughing, get a sore throat and body aches intermittently. my concern is that i get mild to moderate chest pains. (left side) how do i know is these are dangerous?

Get checked: Most probably residual inflammation in lung or pleura or muscle issue from coughing. Due to location in left chest should get baseline cardiac evaluation with ECG at least to rule out any cardiac cause and protect yourself with knowledge.
