Hi. my nephew has a uvula that deviates to the left and he cannot articulate words. he is 6 yrs old and cannot speak more than four or five words. . could this uvula deviation be related? his left tonsil is enlarged also and uvula is touching it?

I don't think the uvula or enlarged tonsil is the problem. The issue is whether there's a serious speech development disorder which his pediatrician would recognize and make proper referrals for evaluation and therapy.
