I have a small pea sized bump behind my ear on the bone. painless and doesnt seem to move, first noticed it a few days ago and was sore but now it not?

Cyst: This could be a sebaceous cyst or a lymph node. It is a good sign that it no longer hurts. Would continue to monitor it for change. If it gets larger, it has to be evaluated
