Both my ankle & knee joints when walking or standing for about 5 mins start to hurt the longer i go the worse it gets when sat or lying no pain at all i went 3 weeks doing at least 2ish hours walking and 40mins stood waiting for bus,made no change?

Pain with activity I believe is due to your bio mechanics. In other words how your anatomy functions. You could be wearing improper shoes. Or you could have flat feet. this could set you up for overuse injuries with overpronation being the cause. Try wearing something with more support in the shoes. You might need to get used to it at first.
