Not sure.: If the room is dark when this is happening, this may be normal. However, are you on any medications which may cause pupil dilation? If it persists, then you may want to see your family doctor when is happening.

Your normal,,,,: Variation of pupils. Many people have big pupils at night. As long as they react to light by getting smaller, you have no need to worry.
