A member asked:

Should a surgeon be responsible for redoing a spur removal surgery for missing the main spur that was cause of concern? very visible and noted in xrays and cat scans on talus. now being told not a big deal when confronted about it and pain from it?

Please consult an attorney for such issues. This is a site where volunteer docs are dedicated to answering questions about health conditions. If an attorney's staff & their consultants believe there is something to the case they will file one or the threat of such action may push the doc to accepting responsibility.
