My monocytes are 8.6% (range b/w 3-10%) but the total w.b.c shows 4.4 while range starts from 4.6. does this means inflammation in the body or no? until further tests are conducted. do have some allergies but no apparent symptoms of inflammation?

Your monocyte count as well as the WBC counts are normal. There is no indication that you have inflammation in your body. The concept of 'low grade chronic inflammation' is not proven or well established, so you do not need to worry about it for now. Just eat healthy(low fat) diet with ample amount of fruits and vegetables with each meal and keep your weight in the healthy range.
