Not enough thyroid: hormone produced with hypthyroidism. Allergy is not the cause. You need thyroid hormone supplement.

Yes and no: Hi. Not all inflammation is the same; very diverse group of conditions. Hypothyroidism (Hashimoto's) is a type of focal inflammation affecting the thyroid gland (thyroiditis). What you can do naturally is replace the missing hormone (l-thyroxine). There is not treatment ("natural" or otherwise) to treat the thyroiditis per se. Allergies cannot cause thyroiditis as far as I know. Good luck!

Hypothyroid: It is not inflammation nor from allergies. It is a condition when thyroid gland located in front of neck produces less hormone needed for body functions.

Not related: Hypothyroidism is a condition of low thyroid hormone. It is treated with thyroid hormone replacement, and is not the same as inflammation, which is a broad term describing the body's response to an insult. Allergies are one possible cause of inflammation.
