Flagyl (Metronidazole) can cause certain meds to act more strongly. These include blood thinners, reflux medications and Myleran/Busulfan (for chronic leukemia). There are no known reactions to multivitamins. Talk to your Dr about any other supplements that you use. Flagyl will cause a metallic taste to occur in your mouth. This goes away when you are done with the med.
