is it possible for me to take metronidazole and prenatal vitamins at same time?

Yes if not pregnant: Metronidazole is not safe to take in first trimester of pregnancy
but if you are not pregnant and taking Metronidazole you can take it while taking prenatal vitamins
if treating for trichomonas during pregnancy should be limited and carefully evaluated as it crosses the placental barrier and its effect on fetus is not known.
