Can you have psoriasis arthritis without having psoriasis? also it is possible to have no stiffness/swelling/redness and have psoriasis arthritis? with just nail changes present?

I think a good question is do you have psoriasis? Psoriasis can have arthritis , just nail changes, or just skin changes. It is uncommon to have arthritis without ever having stiffness,. Boney swelling may not be seen on a person but an xray , sometimes the swelling maybe seen in the fingers, but not early on.
