I was lifted up to grab something from the top shelf and banged my head on the fridge on the way down yesterday, felt pain and tenderness. today i could feel and see a noticeable dent in my forehead and have since had a bad headache and tenderness?

Must be a tough fridge door. ;-) I would call your surgery for advice in UK. The “dent “ may be related to some swelling of area around where you hit thus making it appear as a “dent”. But is not a dent. If the dent is in the bone itself go to walk in clinic. Or do telemed with your clinic if available.
