Is it okay to get a headache on the top of ur head and in the back of your head.. it doesnt hurt that bad but sometimes its tender to touch?

Okay?: I'm not sure what you mean by "okay" unless by "okay" you mean "not dangerous." Scalp tenderness is a common symptom of migraine headaches. Even though they're not dangerous, migraines can really throw a monkey-wrench into your life. Ordinary OTC pain meds are often ineffective against them.
