Very sorry to hear: You're describing a condition called ALLODYNIA when you say the top of the head is sore to the touch & you have headaches. This is commonly seen in MIGRAINE HEADACHES. There may be a treatable reason or a trigger such as menstrual periods, thyroid problems, & other things. I recommend you see either your primary doctor or headache specialist who can help determine how to handle these.
