Sounds like you are dealing with diaper rash. It may have started out mild and over the course of a few days, it got red, irritated, excoriated and bleeding (usually caused by yeast infection- would need script from your pediatrician).Need to change diapers every 2 hours and once thru the night. Avoid tight fitting diapers.Bathe daily till rash cleared up. Please consult with your pediatrician.
