Can i do a pre-op medical clearance on here or will i have to visit a office ?

I doubt that anyone other than the operating docs' team would do this

Pre-op clearances need to be done with a person doctor.

Pre-op clearance: You will need to go see your primary care physician for a pre- op medical clearance. This can never be done via telemedicine.
