Can a dog's frequent barking damage a fetus's hearing? my corgie barks frequently every day when my neighbors pass by. should i be concerned that such loud noise would damage my baby's ears in the womb?

I wouldn't. Your fetus is surrounded by the structure of your belly & a cushion of water& fetal membranes that absorb/dampen sound. I would not give the issue another thought.
