Since your symptoms are not characteristic of heart or lung disorders, it appears to be of chest wall or rib cage origin & seems more of a nuisance rather than serious. Pinched nerve is sharp and fleeting but usually triggered by a deep breath. Injuries or inflammation usually are tender areas. It's positional& possibly from stretching something If symptoms persist see your MD for evaluation & adv

Usually, chest wall pain is not related to heart or lung conditions. It most often related to a chronic injury like a postural or a direct injury. There is also Costochondritis which has no known cause.
