Cyst: Your cyst could have a ruptured. This usually is self limiting. However, if your pain is severe and not going away->doctor/er.

See a Provider: What you are experiencing is not uncommon for an ovarian cyst, but you need to be checked out ! if you can , try some Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen) for pain control. Some women find a heating pad useful. Hopefully this situation will resolve for you soon, but you need to check this out with a provider!
