Ruptured Cyst: Pain during or after your period with a ruptured ovarian cyst is not an uncommon occurrence. It is more than likely that your ovaries are not damaged. However, if the pain is getting worse or you notice abnormal bleeding it would be best to be evaluated by your gynecologist.
