I have noticed that i dont have much feeling in my fingers anymore. i have cut my fingers on a few occasions and only realise when i see the blood. recently i have also noticed that i am clumsy and drop alot of things. i am a 42 year old male?

You likely possess peripheral nerve problems. Could be carpal tunnel syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, or even from neck, cervical stenosis. See your doctor, and consider electro-diagnostic testing, and perhaps X-rays. Do not delay further.
