My mom said her stomach doesn't feel well and she says that she if she drinks water that will kill her for some reason. i'm really worried about her and i don't know how to make her feel better?

I'm worried about your mom sounding a bit delusional. If this is very unusual behavior for her. I'm worried she could be having a stroke, TIA, encephalitis, or some other acute o set neurologic condition. I suggest you try to convince her to go to ER or just call 911 to get her there. If this is normal behavior for her, I suggest you contact her doctor about her current fear of water.
