Just that: 2 fast 2 cold is not tolerated by all drink slowly small amounts, ice water is one cause, like a brain freeze with ice cream, your esophagus is rebelling. Treat it nicer. Try various temps, and try no cal flavors like country time and others on the market. Cheaper than buying flavored water. No tax on water but flavor is taxed. Additives r taxed but r cheap & go a long way.
