I had a ct scan in october 2020 that showed a 5mm nodular density on my right lower lung. im 33, non-smoker, no lung related issues. do i need a follow up scan? if so, when? is all that radiation risky? thanks?

The CT images and report may be uploaded during a virtual consultation with Healthtap. More information would be helpful, including family history and appearance of the nodule. Many solitary nodules among non smokers are benign. Watch for sputum production, weight loss and blood in mucus.
