A member asked:

Can a person who has taken covid-19 vaccine still be a carrier of covid-19 and infect others?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

That would likely depend on the vaccine. With Maderna and Pfizer ~95% are protected from illness/no illness no spread. With J&J only ~65% are protected meaning a good number can get covid, if ill you are likely to spread as an adult. For some reason kids that get wild covid don't seem to be the super spreaders we thought they would & seldom spread when ill.
