A member asked:

In asthenozoospermia cases is there any possibility that the spermatozoa can fertilise a egg? if yes what's the probability? if no then why can't it use it's own fructose, mitochondria & clotting enzymes and even some time to reach the ampulla?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Athenozoospermia itself denotes the deficiencies of all these.I am not aware of any study which would give an answer.
