Klonopin (clonazepam) Taper: Dear bunny. Don't know what compound you are cross titrating with during your Klonopin (clonazepam) taper. I usually avoid giving direct numerics for this type of question because it is critical that the taper be done with close monitoring by your physician.

It depends ...: On how long you have been taking them. The general rule of thumb is to reduce dose once a week by 10-20%. Some people need to reduce by only 5-10% in the last few weeks.
