I have terrible pain in the left upper quadrant of my abdomin. also goes to my back under my left ribs. pain around my belly button that radiates to the lower left and right quadrant of my stomach, where my ovaries is. i have headaces and nausea too?

Symptoms described can exist with COVID-19, and any significant abdominal pain should be evaluated by your gyn physician, who may order additional testing (ultrasound). Obtain a PCR test for COVID and quarantine for at least 10 days along with any close contacts.
