: There is nothing 100% in medicine, or life. Agree with described interventions, but once brain swelling from ischemia and hypoxia, some permanent damage is expected and cannot be fully reversed. Hypothermia slows metabolism, and curtails further injury but it too does not reverse neuronal death.
