You possibly could have little tears in your esophagus from the violent vomiting. You also could just have a nasty esophagitis from 10 hours of stomach acid irritating same esophagus. Less likely would actually be a small pneumothorax from the violent spasms- I've seen that once in a teenager and read about rare cases of this happening.
