I got a spider bite on my leg about 4 days ago, its a little bigger then quarter size but looks to be getting better. about 2 inches down 4 red lumps appear a inch apart from each other. all hot to touch and pain full. is this just a reaction?

It could be multiple bites either at the same time or different , also it could be different spiders. Spider bites will take a week to heal and a month to disappear. As you do not have systemic symptoms , spider does appear to be deadly, a bright spot.
