I have pcos and can not get pregnant i read that taking metformin can help with ovulation. is it ok to take one pill a day at 500mg?

Yes: This is a common treatment for pcos to help ovulation (sometimes combined with clomid) however you need to do this under the supervision of a physician to prevent complications
